How to activate your eSIM

Check if your phone supports eSIM

  1. Open Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks (or Cellular)
  2. Look for an option like “Add eSIM” or “Set up eSIM” - if present, eSIM is supported
  3. See Compatible list

Activate your eSIM

  1. Once you've completed your order, your eSIM will be sent to the email address you provided.
  2. After completing the RICA process, you will receive your unique eSIM QR code via email for activation.

RICA on WhatsApp

  1. Send the word 'RICA' to 063 901 0001 on WhatsApp.
  2. Your eSIM Serial Number is on your eSIM email
