Eligibility: By using our website and purchasing an eSIM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

eSIM Compatibility: Before purchasing an eSIM from Crave Connect, please ensure that your device is eSIM compatible. You can check compatibility on your device manufacturer's website.

Refund Policy: We strive to ensure that our eSIMs are of the highest quality. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of 2008 and is as follows:
a. Conditions for Refunds: Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

The eSIM is determined to be faulty due to manufacturing defects or technical faults attributable to Crave Connect.

b. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
