Important Note: You can now insert your Crave Connect SIM when/before initiating the port however just remember that you still need your previous SIM active to respond to your OTP.

• Toggle Airplane/Flight Mode: Turn Airplane or Flight mode on, then turn it off again.

• Launch the app on your device.
• On the Home screen, find and tap on the "Top-up" icon.
