RICA/Get new number
RICA before porting. Remove your new Crave Connect SIM card/deactivate your new eSIM & reinsert your old SIM card/reactivate your old eSIM. Reinsert your new SIM/reactivate your new eSIM when porting is complete.
Enter current number & service provider
When prompted, enter the number that you would like to port to Crave Connect, then select your current network provider.
Enter SIM Serial
When prompted, enter the serial number of your Crave Connect SIM card located under the barcode on your SIM card.
eSIM serial number will be located in your eSIM email.
Enter OTP
You will receive an OTP from your current network provider via SMS. Reply to the SMS with the OTP within 4 hours.
Note: OTP not required for Telkom ports.
Log into the Crave Connect app
Log into the app using your Crave Connect phone number & password.
Track port progress
Track your port request on the Crave Connect app or on WhatsApp.
Wait up to 24 hours for port to complete
Continue using your existing network until you receive confirmation via Whatsapp that the port is complete. After receiving confirmation, you may insert your Crave Connect SIM card/activate your eSIM. Use your new number and old password to login to the app.
